How we work. Every time.

Crown Ridge Facility Services does not start cleaning without a documented written scope. Here is the process — step by step, visit by visit.

The Standard

No scope, no start.

Most cleaning complaints come from the same root cause: the facility manager assumed one thing, the cleaning company assumed another, and nobody wrote anything down. Crown Ridge fixes this before the first crew ever enters your building.

The process below is not a sales pitch. It is the actual sequence we follow for every account, every time — from the initial walkthrough through quality sign-off on visit fifty.

Written scope before service starts

Crown Ridge Facility Services does not schedule a first shift without a written scope document in your hands. Not a quote email. Not a verbal agreement. A document naming every task, every exclusion, and the correction guarantee.

The process

A plan built before the first shift.

01

Walkthrough

We review square footage, restrooms, traffic, surfaces, access, and restrictions on a no-pressure walkthrough.

We walk every space before a scope is written. Square footage alone does not capture restroom count, traffic patterns, surface types, restricted areas, access rules, or the real soil level. The walkthrough is the only honest starting point — and it costs you nothing.

02

Written scope

You receive a clear service plan: frequency, included tasks, exclusions, and add-ons. No vague promises.

Crown Ridge does not start cleaning without a written scope in your hands. The document names the tasks included, the tasks excluded, the frequency, supply responsibilities, and any add-on options. Nothing is left to interpretation or a verbal promise.

03

Site checklist

The assigned crew works from a checklist built for your facility. The checklist travels with the crew.

The assigned crew carries a checklist built specifically for your facility — not a generic template. If your building has three restrooms, a breakroom, and a lobby, those are listed by name. The checklist is what the supervisor reviews, and what you can request at any time.

04

Quality loop

A supervisor spot-check follows the crew. Anything off is corrected within 48 hours, guaranteed in writing.

A supervisor follows the crew and documents the review. If anything is off, you are notified and it is corrected within 48 hours — guaranteed in writing, not just promised in conversation. This loop repeats every visit, not just the first month.

What you receive

In writing. Before visit one.

Before we schedule anything, you receive a scope document covering the following. These are not checkboxes on a template — they are the items that prevent disputes and repeat callbacks.

Task list with explicit inclusions
Clear exclusions — what is not part of the scope
Service frequency and schedule
Supply responsibility (client-provided or Crown Ridge-stocked)
Access and alarm rules, documented
Named add-on options and pricing
48-hour correction guarantee
Supervisor review cadence

The guarantee

48 hours. In writing.

If a supervisor spot-check or your team identifies an issue, we respond and correct it within 48 hours. This is guaranteed in the written scope, not just said in a sales call. Small problems never turn into repeat complaints when there is a documented correction loop.

The supervisor reviews notes are filed, not discarded. If an issue repeats, that pattern is visible and actionable — which is why most recurring problems at Crown Ridge accounts are resolved before the client ever needs to call.

Why it matters

Written scope first

Every engagement starts with a written scope and clear exclusions, so nothing is left to interpretation.

Checklist-based, every visit

Site-specific checklists hold the same standard whether it is week one or week fifty.

48-hour correction, in writing

Issues are reported and corrected within 48 hours. Small problems never become repeat complaints.
